Registration and Call for Papers opened for the 21st International Forum AMAA
The ambitious goals of climate protection, (energy) efficiency, air quality and road safety in combination with current trends in society and economy require restless innovation in sustainable and inclusive road transport solutions. Recent breakthroughs in electrification, automation, connectivity, IT-driven business models and user centric design promise viable opportunities for the automobile to meet those challenges. However, it is foreseeable that additional principles, as e.g. big data, IoT, artificial intelligence, 3D printing etc. will even further transform mobility in the next five to ten years.
The grand challenge for automotive transport will be to exploit these new technologies and at the same time adapt to changing demands. “Smart Systems Transforming the Automobile” will be at the heart of the answer to these partly disrupting changes. Thus, this will be the topic of this year’s 21st edition of the International Forum on Advanced Microsystems for Automotive Applications (AMAA) that will take place on 25-26 September 2017 in Berlin.
Registration and call for papers is now open and available at www.amaa.de.
